| Tanks
streched and widened
Each tank that leaves our workshop
is more than just a container for fuel.
We stretch or widen the tank of your Evolution® or Twin
Cam® individually. No matter if slim and long or monster-wide,
we customize your tank into an individual piece of art.
Thanks to the used TIG welding process, deformation of the
metal by heating the tank is completly eliminated. All welding
seams and connections are moulded with tin and sanded –
there is no body putty used which could break.

Gas caps
Example of a tank featuring smooth flush caps. Welded
in fuel inlets like aerodynamical integrated aircraft fuel caps
or the superb mini pop-up caps, popular at modern Choppers: Rick's
metal-maniac workshop „sinks“ your fuel cap for the
sake of clean look!
All welding seams and connections are then – of course –
moulded with tin and sanded.
