The logical step for a perfect custom look: Rick's
Design-Pulleys.
Rick's pulleys are much more than just a matter of
delivering power to the rear wheel: They are pieces of art
in manufacturing technology and hi-tec accessories up to
the very last detail.
For every Rick's wheel design, you can find the matching
pulley design: Featuring 61, 65 or 70 tooth – in wide
(Evolution®) version or narrow, as used at the Twin
Cam® models. The perfect drive for every engine power
and style.

Manufacturing process
and material are designed for best reliability and durability.
The HTD-14M toothing of the pulley is machined with a special
tool, licensed and delivered by american belt manufacturer
Gates following US-Norms. A process which offers a much better
surface, thus optimising the pulley running along the tooth:
A guarantee for perfect power transfer to the rear wheel.
The hard anodised coating (Hardcoating) of the tooth surface
is adding additional strenght against wear by dust and dirt
particles which are an everyday challenge chewing at your
belt drive.
The finished pulleys, with belt guides bolted on each side,
are polished to perfection.
The mounting screws are hidden by clean covers – the
ultimate pulley design for custombikes. Rick's style.
