The Making of:

 

(1) The raw pulleys are machined to the correct diameter and width.

 

(2) With a special tool the HTD-14M tooth profile is worked out.

 


(3) The finished raw pulley before hardcoat anodisation

 


(4) the Pulley design is machined, holes and threads are cut.

 

(5) Mounting the belt guides

 

(6) Ready to Roll: A finished Classic Steve Pulley is awaiting its mounting.
