Discwheel Widening
– custom look for a fair price
Rick's customizes your (or new) disc wheels into various
rim sizes. Starting at 4x15'' up to monsters
of 10,5x17'', we deliver in steps of 0,5''
all wheels TÜV-approved. The available sizes can be
seen in the price list. These wheels not just offer exclusive
custom look, but a considerable reduction in weight compared
with stock. F. e. a 7x17'' wheel in machined
version weights just approx. 8.3 kg. For a perfectly balanced
rotation, wheels are machined while clamped with their bearings.
Extreme strenght is performed by using from 38 bolts at
15'' to 40 bolts at 17'' diameter,
all of which fix the three parts of the wheel together.
On request, bolts are available in Titanium version.

The wheels are especially designed
for motorcycle tires and approved for a wheel load of 320
kg.
With our wheel modification, the motorcycle not just wins
in style, but in riding comfort and
handling too. Available in surface structures raw, polished,
powder coated or as a combination,
in accordance to your bike design.

Disc wheels and CNC-machined design wheels are a available in
raw, powder coated and
polished versions. Or in combination - for the ultimate custom
look. With the use of high
grade aluminium and a special polishing process, or mirror polished
rims will guarantee you
a long lasting „gleaming“ performance.

We recommend the enlargement of the disc wheel to be done by
certified technicians, who regulary let their wheels get checked
by TÜV!

Broken wheel
This wheel was sent to us from a customer, asking
us: what can you still do? This customer told us then... they
were cheaper than us. Sort of kind of car rims coming from the
race-sports fittings were used. Unfortunately not the only case.
